Roasted weekly on the premises of our Visitor Center Roaster. Roast dates will vary week to week, usually Wednesday and Thursday.
Scheduled roaster does a live roasting demonstration starting at around 9:30 am and the coffee is available for sale as soon as they are bagged. Normally, roasting 30 - 35 bags of coffee.
Visitor Center is now open Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday & Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This 10-ounce sun dried coffee is of the Typica varietal and is light roasted.
Complex cup of coffee. Elegant yet delicate with deep floral, richly sweet in structure. Fully satiny, flavor saturated. Notes of cherry, coca nibs, spice, clove, pepper, nut, berry, coffee blossom, orange zest and tea rose.
