At Kauai Coffee Company, we are committed to providing you with the freshest island-grown coffee. If your order does not meet your expectations due to damage or quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our island support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product was unsatisfactory.
- 2.Provide Proof of Issue
For items damaged during shipping or quality concerns, please include a clear photograph of the product and its original packaging.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.
- 4.Resolution Process
Upon approval, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
